Susanna is an actor, director and voice over artist with 16 years of experience teaching public speaking, personal impact, presentation skills, leadership development and executive coaching. She works in the UK and in New York City and she is a founder member of Actor's Shakespeare Company (www.ascnj.org)
She has worked extensively for Britain's National Health Service and for NYU Langone Health.
For Amanda Wilsher Associates (www.amandawilsher.com) Susanna has worked with The NHS Leadership Academy, The Kings Fund, Macmillan Cancer Support, Korn Ferry and Ashridge. She has trained and coached Top Leaders, Managers and Graduates in the NHS and she has worked on the Graduate Management Training Scheme at Her Majesty’s Treasury.
For Keith Micoli, PhD. at NYU Langone Health, Susanna has run her acclaimed Confident Communicators of Science courses and workshops for leaders in biomedical science including Senior and Postdoctoral Research Fellows. She has also coached Senior Directors at this institution. In academia, Susanna has trained Department Chairs, Professors and Senior Lecturers and she has also worked at Women at Woodstock - an inspirational annual retreat for women over fifty.
She recently joined the team at The Westcott Group (www.thewestcottgroup.com) and in 2021 she was a speaker at What Can You Be With A PhD? the largest career symposium in the US, hosted by NYU School of Medicine.
